Accounting & Finace SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & implementation of internal financial
model
Establishment & development of
Accounting&Finance Department
Revenue and expense tracking and reporting
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and
Accounts payable
TAX filling processing
Monthly Reporting to BOL
Other accounting related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Finance
At least 2 years of experience in Microfinance
Accounting&Finance
At least 2 years of experience in BOL reporting
processes and software
Experience in Taxation & Tax submission
Excellent communication skills in person, on the
phone and writing
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Excellent problem solving skills
Good understanding of Lao Microfinance Market
Proficient in MS Office
English language proficiency is a plus
Ability to adapt to fast-paced working
environment
Self-motivated
