We’re looking for a Shop Manager (Commercial)!
Key Responsibilities
⦁ As a passionate entrepreneur, you will be empowered to take full responsibility of the launch and daily operations of a shop vertical.
⦁ Lead and manage sales team on signing shops with right category and SKU quantity/quality in the Capital city and expand more shops in the key provinces. Ensure key categories are signed in each key zones.
⦁ Lead by example and step in when and where needed to pitch, negotiate, and ultimately close deals for the team with a high level of expertise, professionalism, and service.
⦁ Lead and manage sales team on improving underperformed shops and come-up with a proposed action/support.
⦁ Develop Sales in selling strategy, product, presentation skills, soft skills, etc.
⦁ Take lead on shop category and inventory management to ensure right product mix available in the platform.
⦁ Develop sales incentive plan to ensure maximum performance on shop signing.
⦁ Develop daily, weekly and/or monthly performance tracking on Sales team to ensure KPIs are met, using the available system/reports.
⦁ Coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure full spectrum of smooth launch (Operations, Marketing, Accounts, Sales Ops, etc.)
⦁ Analytics – Analyze and track KPIs to improve performance.
⦁ Strategy – Proactively proposing new strategies to improve.
⦁ Other Commercial related matters that may be assigned.
Requirements
⦁ 3 - 5 years in relevant experience
⦁ Experience in B2C and/or B2B sales, interested in the e-commerce industry with a desire to sign up the key accounts.
⦁ Strong excel and data management skills.
⦁ Numbers and data driven.
⦁ Experience working in high-volume fast-paced environment is preferred.
⦁ Past sales experience in B2B, Ecommerce, F&B, hotel and leisure, restaurant vendors, insurance, or pharmaceutical is a plus.
⦁ Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
