Receptionist
Le Charme Vientiane Hotel (previously Best Western Vientiane) is hiring a receptionist to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
These are the responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent at our property.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and process payments
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and fully-furnished to accommodate our guests needs
Requirements:
- Be fluent in English and Lao (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel and willing to learn our Hotel Management System
- Good customer service attitude
- Excellent communication skill
- Experience will give an advantage but is not a requirement
